Q:What is your minimum order?

A: eBottles.com has a minimum order of one package
Orders of less than € 75 of product are subject to a €15.00 small order charge.

 

Q:What is your low price guarantee?

A: Present a lower published price at the time of purchase and we will beat it!



Q: Can I get samples?

A: Yes, you can order 2 samples for € 25, excl VAT, for countries in the Benelux.  For other countries, we will calculate the shipping cost. If you place an order afterwards of € 150, we refund half of the samples.


Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from Antwerp, Belgium

Q: Is it safe for me to use my credit card? Is your site secure?

A: Yes. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket technology.
If you access the eBottles.com site using a secure browser
such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, personal data you send us
(name, company name, email address, credit card information, etc)
is encrypted during the transmission process and can only be
decoded by eBottles.com.

We are closed on following Bank Holidays:  01/01, 25/04, 01/05, 02/06, 12/06, 21/07, 15/08, 01/11, 11/11, 25/12.


Q: What If I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

A: All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Any of our items (except shrink bands) can be returned within 30 days of receipt. In addition, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (There are no refunds on shipping charges for returns). If we pack and/or ship your order and for some reason you refuse it, handling and shipping charges will still apply. Please order carefully.You will need to contact a representative at +32 3 828 00 36 in order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the address to send returns to.

Damaged shipments are rare and will be replaced or refunded. Please inspect all packages at the time of arrival and contact us immediately about any damaged products. A claim may be filed with UPS.

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: Orders for customers ship from our Antwerp, Belgium warehouse. Orders are
shipped via UPS, or Common Carrier for very large orders.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. Once
your online order is shipped, you will be E-mailed your tracking
number.
